Do I need a gym?
No. Every workout includes gym, dumbbell/home, and bodyweight options. If you have dumbbells, great. If you only have your bodyweight, you can still train and stay in the challenge.
What if I am too busy for long workouts?
That is exactly why the program includes Express versions of each workout. On packed days, you do the shorter version with the highest-impact moves, stay consistent, and keep the habit alive instead of skipping completely.
What if I am a beginner or out of shape?
Start with the Foundation version. The workouts are written with Foundation, Strong, and Spicy options so you can meet yourself honestly, build confidence, and progress without feeling crushed on day one.
What if I already train and need something harder?
Use the Strong or Spicy versions. The challenge includes progressive strength work, glute and leg focus, core, upper body, tempo, pauses, and ways to increase difficulty without turning every session into chaos.
Do I have to send body photos?
No. Photos are encouraged because they show what the scale misses, but you are in control. You can opt out, keep them private, or only share what feels comfortable.
What if I hate strict diets?
Good. This is not a starvation plan. The nutrition playbook focuses on protein, balanced plates, hydration, eating out, alcohol, weekends, and social-life strategy so you can get results without acting like you live in a plastic container.
What if I like restaurants, drinks, and having a life?
You are still invited. The nutrition guidance includes restaurant choices, alcohol strategy, party/social-life tools, and simple resets so one dinner does not become a full-week spiral.
What if I am in perimenopause or menopause?
This challenge is strength-first, protein-forward, recovery-aware, and built for women over 40 who need smarter consistency instead of punishment. We care about muscle, energy, sleep, cravings, recovery, and sustainability.
What if cardio makes me exhausted or starving?
You do not need to punish yourself with endless high-intensity cardio. The program encourages walking and sustainable movement because it supports physical and mental health without crushing recovery. Biking, swimming, sports, or anything you enjoy can count too.
What if the scale does not move right away?
The scale is only one data point. Weekly check-ins look at consistency, strength, photos if you choose, energy, habits, measurements, and how your clothes feel. Sheri helps you see the full picture instead of quitting because of one number.
What if I fall off track?
You do not restart Monday. You reset at the next meal or workout, send the check-in, and keep moving. That is the whole point of accountability: you are not doing this alone and you do not get to disappear on yourself.
What happens after the 30 days?
The goal is not to vanish after one month. You will have the option to continue month-to-month for more accountability, community, future challenges, coaching upgrades, and the motivation of staying around women who are still showing up.
